1. What CalcPalace provides

CalcPalace ("we", "us", "the site") offers free online calculators and unit converters covering finance, health, cooking, time, mathematics and general unit conversion. Every tool runs inside your own browser, no account is required, and the service is provided free of charge on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may add, change or remove calculators at any time without notice.

2. No warranty and no professional advice

We work hard to keep formulas and conversion factors accurate, but we make no warranty of any kind, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness or fitness of any result for a particular purpose. Results are estimates intended for general information only. They are not financial, investment, tax, medical, dietary or other professional advice. Always verify important figures independently and consult a qualified professional before making decisions that involve money, health or safety. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on the site or from any interruption or error in the service.

3. Permitted and prohibited use

You may use the calculators for personal, educational and internal business purposes, and you may link to any page. You must not: (a) scrape, harvest or bulk-download site content; (b) republish substantial parts of the site as your own; (c) attempt to disrupt, overload or probe the site or its hosting; (d) use the site in any way that breaks applicable law; or (e) frame the site in a manner that hides or alters our advertising or attribution.

4. Intellectual property

The site's original text, page design, code and compilation of tools are owned by CalcPalace and protected by copyright. Underlying mathematical formulas and standard conversion factors are public knowledge and are not claimed. Short quotations with a link back to the source page are welcome.

5. Advertising and third-party services

The site is funded by third-party advertising, including Google AdSense. Advertisers, not CalcPalace, are responsible for the content of their ads and for any site an ad links to. Cookie and data-processing details are described in our Privacy & Cookie Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Changes to the service and to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we add features or when the law changes. The current version, with its effective date, is always published on this page, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

We may suspend or block access to the site (entirely or for specific users, networks or automated clients) if we believe these terms are being violated or to protect the service. You may stop using the site at any time; because no account exists, nothing further is required from you.
